Track your order

You can view your order and its shipping status at any time in your account. No password needed: you sign in with your email address and a code we send you right away.

How it works

1. Click the button above or the account icon at the top right of the menu bar.
2. Enter the email address you used for your order.
3. Within a few seconds you'll receive a 6-digit code by email. Enter it.
4. Under Orders you'll see all your orders, the items ordered, the status and, once your parcel is on its way, the DHL track & trace link.

Didn't receive a code?

Check your spam or junk folder and use exactly the email address you ordered with. Still not working? Email us at nl@patirti.com with your order number and we'll help you out.

Shipping confirmation by email

As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the track & trace link. That email also contains a button to your order status page.
