1. Who are we?

2. When do these terms apply?

These terms apply to every offer and every order placed via patirtifashion.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. You'll see the shipping costs before you check out. Obvious errors in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, are not binding on us. Colours in photos and on screens may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. The contract

The contract is concluded as soon as you have completed your order. You'll immediately receive an order confirmation by email. If an item unexpectedly turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know as soon as possible and refund you within 14 days.

5. Payment

You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods offered, such as iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The methods you see depend on your country.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. Delivery times and shipping costs can be found in our shipping policy. We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree otherwise with you. Until you have received the parcel, the risk of loss or damage lies with us.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt and can return items without giving a reason. Returns are free. For exchanges, the shipping costs are paid by the customer. Exceptions are underwear, swimwear and earrings whose seal has been broken, and gift cards. Everything about returns and refunds can be found in our return policy.

8. Warranty and complaints

Our products meet what you may reasonably expect on the basis of the product information. Your statutory rights always apply. Do you have a complaint? Report it as soon as possible after discovering the problem via nl@patirti.com. We'll respond within 14 days.

We handle your data with care. You can read how in our privacy policy.

10. Intellectual property

All photos, texts and logos on this website belong to PATIRTI and may not be used without our permission.

11. Applicable law

These terms and your orders are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the mandatory rules of your country give you. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms. Your order is subject to the terms that apply at the time you place it.
