Returns & refunds

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Doesn't it fit, or are you simply not happy with it? From the day you receive your order you have 14 days to register your return with us. After that you have another 14 days to send the item back.

As soon as your parcel arrives with us, we process your refund immediately. You get the full purchase amount back on the same payment method you paid with. You don't need to remind us or wait until the end of a deadline: we process your refund as soon as we have checked your return, and you receive a confirmation by email.

How to return, in 3 steps

  1. Register your return. Send an email to nl@patirti.com with your order number and the item you want to send back. You may give a reason, but you don't have to.
  2. Receive your return label. We email you a return label with clear instructions. There's nothing you need to figure out yourself.
  3. Send the parcel back. Stick the label on and hand the parcel in at a PostNL or DHL point. As soon as it arrives with us, we process your refund immediately.

Always register your return first before sending anything back, otherwise we can't link the parcel to your order.

Conditions

The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with the labels still attached and in the original packaging. Feel free to try the item on, just as you would in a shop.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Items made to measure especially for you and gift cards are excluded from returns.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return your current item and order the size you want again. That way you can be sure your size is still in stock.

Received a damaged or wrong item?

Check your order on receipt. Is an item damaged or defective, or did you receive the wrong product? Contact us right away at nl@patirti.com. We'll sort it out for you, and in that case the return costs are on us.

Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days without giving any reason. Our procedure follows this right. The statutory refund period is a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return; we always aim to be faster.
